SURREY HILLS PROJECT

This project in Surrey Hills was a big project with lots of smaller jobs.

The jobs that I did at this site were as following. Deck restoration of the front and rear decks which involved sanding of the deck, cleaning it with chemicals and then re-oiling.

Tear down and reassemble of some stairs that were used to access the rear deck. Tear down of the rear smaller deck that overlooked the pool to then rebuild it with a new frame and boards due to them all being rotten.

Painting of the balustrades on the rear deck as well as the rafters for the roofing and finally the assembling of a flat pack shed.

This was an extremely rewarding project and the final results speak for themselves.
