Mornington - Arbor 2 Project

This project began with a recommendation from a previous gate arbor installation. Crafted from sturdy 150mm Cypress Pine posts, the gate features a pre-fabricated metal door with a secure latch. To accommodate its installation, I meticulously cut out a section of the existing wall, ensuring a seamless fit.

The attention to detail extended further as I sanded down the arbor to a smooth finish, accentuating the natural grain of the timber. Several coats of Feast and Watson oil were then carefully applied, enriching the wood's texture and color while ensuring durability against the elements.
